Surat, Gujarat. We offer a wide variety of high-quality plants, gardening supplies, and
expert services including garden design, plant maintenance, and home gardening setup.
Our mission is to make beautiful gardens accessible to everyone.
BloomGarden was founded in 2020 and has since served over 10,000 happy customers with
our plants, services, and expert gardening guidance.
We currently provide delivery and services within 50 kilometers of Surat, Gujarat. This
includes areas like Vesu, Athwa, Pips, Pal, and surrounding neighborhoods. For orders
outside this area, please contact us for special arrangements.

We offer a diverse range of plants including:

When choosing a plant, consider these factors:
- Light: How much natural light does your space get? (low, medium, or bright)
- Space: How much space do you have? (small pots or large plants)
- Maintenance: How much care can you provide? (low, moderate, or high maintenance)
- Purpose: Are you looking for decoration, air purification, or specific benefits?
Yes! All our plants come from certified nurseries and are carefully nurtured to ensure
optimal health. We inspect every plant before delivery. If you receive a damaged plant,
we'll replace or refund it within 24 hours. However, plant health after delivery depends
on proper care.
Absolutely! Every plant comes with detailed care instructions including watering
schedules, light requirements, temperature ranges, and troubleshooting tips. We also
provide free consultation and ongoing support via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Ordering is easy:

- Fill in delivery details and address

- Complete payment and confirm order
- You'll receive an order confirmation email

If your plant arrives damaged, please:

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to:
- Plant must be in original condition
- No signs of neglect or improper care
- Original packaging intact (when possible)
- Receipt or order confirmation provided
Yes, the following cannot be returned:
- Services (garden design, plant maintenance, setup)
- Plants showing signs of poor care or neglect
- Items beyond the 7-day return window
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance or sale items
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned
item. Once processed, it may take 2-3 additional business days to appear in your bank
account, depending on your bank.

🌿 Plant Care & Growing
Watering frequency depends on the plant species, pot size, soil, and weather. Generally:
- Succulents: Once every 2-3 weeks
- Indoor Plants: 1-2 times per week
- Flowering Plants: Every 2-3 days during blooming
- Outdoor Plants: Daily or every other day

- Low light: Move plant to a brighter location

- Pest infestation: Inspect leaves and treat if needed
