We currently deliver within 50 kilometers of Surat, Gujarat. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

7.2 Shipping Timeline

• Same-day delivery (within service area): Orders by 12 PM, delivery by 6 PM
• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances

7.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. BloomGarden is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.

8. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
